While there are a few different applications in play, the main one that we are concerned with, application 210018 has been confirmed to be held on the 21st July.
The planning officers have recommended that the application is refused by councillors at the planning meeting. Councillors can go against their planning officers’ recommendations, however they would have to have a very good reason to do so. We are still awaiting their reasoning, but this is the first step in getting the application rejected.
